Returns

1) You have 21 days to return an product/item from the date of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your product/item must be unused and in the same condition upon receiving it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need receipt or proof of purchase for the product/item.

2) If your purchased product/item arrives damaged please let me know immediately via email here. I may ask you to send me pictures showing any defect/damage.

Refunds

3) Upon receiving the returned item I will notify you via email. Once I have inspected the item, checked its; in it’s original packing, not been damaged and is in a resalable condition, following this process to let you know the outcome via email.

4) If all the above criteria is met I will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process can take a few days for the refund to transfer with different card issuers having different policies and timeframes.

Shipping

5) Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the original purchase price before the refund is issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must be shipped via a insured and trackable service.

Digital Downloads

6) The nature of digital products/downloads (e Book, Preset, Image download, tutorial, image licensing etc) means no refund or return can be made unfortunately.
