The Quiraing is truly other worldly. This continually moving landscape was created by a huge landslip that gave birth to the Trotternish ridge, the cliff, gullys, pinnacles and other formations of the Quiraing. The 120ft Needle landmark is a truly remarkable sight.

This was taken on a day that didn’t hold much hope of light but in Scotland there’s always a possibility and as the clouds parted, the sun poured in for a few moments of magic.
